1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jayabaji11 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By visiting the jayabaji11.lat website, registering, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jayabaji11 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳13,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means you must bet 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A member may not benefit from a specific promotion more than once.
  • Bonuses apply only to valid and verified accounts.
  • jayabaji11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
  • To receive a bonus, you must apply within the specified period of the promotion.
  • If jayabaji11 suspects a breach of bonus terms, it may cancel the bonus and review the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on jayabaji11 are conducted on the principles of transparency and fairness. The following rules apply to all members:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error is proven.
  • In sports betting, wins and losses are determined after the final result of the event.
  • Any profit gained by exploiting an error in the system or software will be cancelled.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the result will be determined according to the game provider's rules.

6.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

Betting on all sporting events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football (FIFA) is subject to the following conditions:

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets may be refunded.
  • Odds may change during live in-play betting — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
  • In the event of a dispute over the result of a sporting event, the ruling of the relevant sporting authority is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jayabaji11 and may result in permanent account termination:

  • Creating multiple accounts or registering under a concealed identity.
  • Strategically transferring funds between accounts to meet bonus terms.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or defraud the platform's systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other members.
  • Using another person's account or selling account credentials.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
Warning: If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, jayabaji11 may terminate the account and confiscate all balances without investigation.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by jayabaji11

jayabaji11 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Suspicion of security breach or fraud.
  • In accordance with directives from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Member's Own Closure Request

Any member may request to close their own account at any time via 24/7 live chat. Self-exclusion requests can also be made through the support team.
